I was able to finish my career. (a rugged blue collar job, 23 years after the surgery) and then take up tennis 10 years after the surgery. Greatness is not enough, to describe DR. Rose.

Dr. Rose is a wealth of knowledge. He is a surgeon who will try to avoid doing surgery and opt for the least invasive option. We had been to literally 5 very well respected orthopedic surgeons in Manhattan. Dr. Rose was able to figure out the cause of my daughter's foot problem after 3 years of pain and despair. We are so very grateful. We are 6 weeks in to a physical therapy program and we are finally seeing results and headed in the right direction.

I am extremely pleased with the entire office staff, Dr. Rose’s experience and final result. I had a ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair performed by Dr. Rose. Had all my questions answered and concerns addressed prior and after surgery. Anytime I had a question, would always get a callback from PA or front office staff to resolve it. Clean office, very short wait times, very professional staff and quick turnaround on all processes. Dr. Rose is extremely experienced and his confident demeanor and encouragement left me without a doubt of who to use for my knee surgery. Fantastic results. I highly recommend!

Dr. Rose is a professional. He corrected a botched surgery by another NYC surgeon. Rarely do you have an opportunity to compare surgeries but every part of my experience with Dr. Rose was better than my experience with my first surgeon from consultation through the post op appointments. I’d highly recommend him.

I can't express how appreciative I am of Dr. Rose. He is extremely thorough and had been recommended to me by numerous friends and colleagues, for good reason. After getting conflicting advisement from another orthopedic, I went to Dr. Rose and immediately got solid insight and clarification. I trust him completely. My shoulder surgery went smoothly and he and his assistant, Sean, are very gracious and patient with care and follow-up. Dr. Rose said to me, regarding my injury, "This is easy to fix!" and with that assured ease, he made everything else easier as well. Very grateful.

I’m am so pleased with th office of Dr. Rose. I am a transplant from Los Angeles recently and have been experiencing terrible pain in my arm due to “Tennis Elbow.” I was referred by my friends at my tennis club and am so happy I went. I was fearful that I would need a cortisone shot to reduce the amount of inflammation in my arm. But Dr. Rose is very conservative and believes in physical therapy first. Cortisone is not only a band -aid, but not a healthy option for me at this time. He considers everything for each individual patient. I am now with Spear Physical Therapy and have the best treatment possible and have no internal permanent damage and my arm is healing ❤️ just as he said it would. And his office staff is so organized and professional; and located on the most prestigious block of “Park Avenue." He is most attentative and called back immediately as is an “old school," Dr. He had the utmost bed side manor and I felt more than safe and taken care of in his office. Any orthopedic issues you may have, or develop through sports related, or by accident, Dr. Rose has the knowledge and experience required to care for your healthcare needs. I am very happy and so grateful

Dr. rose is kind, patient, listens to you when you talk to him, takes time with you and is a great surgeon. Hi support staff and all on the ball - things get done FAST. I am so happy to have found him after having not good experiences with other Orthopedists. I just got knee surgery and it went very, very well. I'm off to PT to heal up, And then - onto the next knee!

Dr. Rose and his staff are very attentive, thoughtful, kind, and well informed. The office is doing a great job of keeping things safe during the pandemic. I always feel welcomed and safe. I have rarely been in the waiting room with more than one other person, and the wait has never been more that a few minutes. Dr. Rose and his team have kept me very well informed through every step of the process, both about my medical needs, and about insurance and payment.

If Dr. Donald J. Rose were your doctor, you are definitely in good hands. His office does provide a highly qualified sign language interpreter for my visit appointments. It is a big deal for me as a Deaf patient. He's knowledgeable, attentive, thoughtful, and caring with a sense of humor. He treated the four members of my family including myself. We sincerely appreciate him and his services as well.

Dr. Rose took excellent care of my knee. He’s very thorough and compassionate. Shawn his PA, is awesome and always answers my emails and helps me with any paperwork for my workers comp case. Maria and Gissette have also been very helpful with me getting the treatments I needed approved/scheduled. This is a wonderful team and I highly recommend them! THANK YOU all!
